Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conducts inspections to identify and address potential equipment malfunctions.
• Maintains accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborates with production to minimize downtime during maintenance.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Fiix)
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, welding)
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
