Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects and process deviations.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve production capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with various manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
