Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Facilities Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital projects and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate space planning and office reconfigurations to support production and administrative needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, utilities, and supplies.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
• Lead facility-related continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS implementation and optimization.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, FMP).
• Proven track record in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles as they apply to facility operations.
• Strong project management skills, particularly for capital improvement projects.
