Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Optimize facility layouts and space utilization to improve production efficiency.
• Lead facility-related projects, such as expansions, renovations, and equipment installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-site facilities and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee capital projects.
• Experience with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their application to facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects from conception to completion.
• Professional certification such as FMP (Facilities Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning and facility layouts.
