Salary Range: $57,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
- Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating with vendors for best pricing.
- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with inventory management or procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office budgeting.
