Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Caledonia seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all office operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage facility maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budget and expense tracking.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply chain for office needs, vendor relations, and facility maintenance coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software specific to manufacturing operations or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Experience with basic HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA)
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Project coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in inventory management software
