Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Manage and support virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and secure network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for manufacturing plant floor systems and end-users.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other relevant systems.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience administering Windows Server environments (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) in an industrial setting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and industrial control systems (ICS) security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks relevant to industrial control systems (e.g., NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in a manufacturing context.
• PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.
