Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and system adjustments.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting, and demand forecasting.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
  • Experience with RFID or other advanced inventory tracking technologies.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
