Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage inventory control processes, including forecasting, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to secure favorable terms.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly for logistics and inventory modules.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory control processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application to logistics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled environments
