Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of finished goods.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Optimize workflow and efficiency within the finishing department.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product finishing.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory and production.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and best practices in finishing operations.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot finishing process issues.
