Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and control system issues on production lines, implementing effective solutions.
• Design and implement control system architecture, including hardware selection, network configuration, and safety integration.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define control system requirements and optimize machine performance.
• Perform software and hardware upgrades, backups, and documentation for all control systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new and modified control systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC and control system operation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
