Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled PLC Programmers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and robotic systems.
• Implement and optimize control systems for improved production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to define system requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
