Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.
• Administer the plant budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and strategic objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse workforce
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., AI, robotics)
• Demonstrated success in fostering a strong safety culture
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish
