Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to meet customer specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to address complex customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical product information.
