Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive repeat business.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, virtually or in-person as needed.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., customizing workflows, generating advanced reports).
- Familiarity with ERP software and its integration points with sales processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the target market.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging sales presentations or product demonstrations.
