Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and pursue new sales leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals for manufacturing products.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to support territory sales goals.
- Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or a related industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products (e.g., machinery, components, raw materials).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Epicor, Plex).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their sales-related modules.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain.
- Multilingual proficiency (especially Spanish or Mandarin) due to international client base or workforce.
