HR Generalist | Hudsonville, MI

Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records, including benefits administration.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives for factory personnel.
  • Conduct HR investigations and support disciplinary actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
