Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage departmental budgets, controlling expenditures and identifying areas for financial improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with sales forecasts and customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated success in fostering a strong safety culture
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or customer base
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
