HR Generalist | Wayland, MI
Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Wayland that are seeking HR Generalists. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for production and office staff.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs for all employees.
- Advise employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Support performance management processes and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
