Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer extension.
• Administers employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and assisting staff with inquiries.
• Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding for factory employees, covering company policies and safety protocols.
• Supports employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Ensures HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintains accurate HR records and HRIS data for all manufacturing personnel.
• Assists with performance management processes, including reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
