Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business growth.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving financial performance
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with implementing and managing ERP systems
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Proven track record in sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing
