Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in East Lansing seeking experienced Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives for complex quality issues.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor and improve product quality and process capability.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, waste, and variability in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is integrated into new product development and process changes.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and work with suppliers to improve their quality performance.
• Mentor and train junior quality engineers and production staff on advanced quality techniques and tools.
