Salary Range: $46,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with procurement and vendors as needed.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers, adhering to payment terms.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, contacting customers for overdue payments, and resolving billing disputes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP/AR.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP/AR records and documentation, supporting internal and external audits.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding payment discrepancies
