Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with the supply chain team.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production associates.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.
