Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implements corrective actions for complex quality issues.
  • Develops and optimizes inspection methods, tools, and test equipment for new products and processes.
  • Conducts statistical analysis of process data to identify trends, predict failures, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is integrated into product and process development from concept to launch.
  • Manages and maintains quality management system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Drives the implementation of advanced quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
  • Mentors and trains junior quality engineers and manufacturing personnel on quality methodologies and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and associated tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).
  • Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
