Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive cultural change towards a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
