Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects from conception to completion.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify results of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop sustainable solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a dedicated continuous improvement role.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Proven experience leading and implementing successful continuous improvement projects across various manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
