Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement projects.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Coach and mentor employees at all levels in the application of CI tools and techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven ability to implement sustainable process improvements and drive cultural change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
