Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Caledonia seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Coach and mentor employees at all levels in the application of continuous improvement techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
• Proven experience in change management and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-powered process optimization tools
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Proven ability to mentor and coach other CI practitioners
