Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP processes to align demand plans with production capabilities.
• Utilize demand planning software and tools to generate and manage forecasts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
