Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Set up EDM machines according to blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor EDM processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM machinery.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize performance.
• Document operational procedures and maintenance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming for EDM operations.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM equipment.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Forklift certification
• Prior experience in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
