Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new products and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Creates detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Performs design analysis and simulations to optimize product performance and manufacturability.
• Conducts design reviews and implements feedback for continuous improvement.
• Supports manufacturing operations by troubleshooting design-related issues.
• Evaluates and selects appropriate materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for products and processes.
