Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence and understand demand drivers.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with production planning to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and address significant forecast variances, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to generate accurate forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar analytical role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and production teams.
