Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders accurately, including part numbers, quantities, and special instructions.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Provide customers with updates on order status, production delays, and shipping information.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to address complex technical questions or custom product requests.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvement and service enhancements.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to understand and interpret product specifications and order details
