Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Allendale seeking experienced Bookkeepers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or other ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Experience with payroll processing and related tax regulations.
