Salary Range: $51,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents for payment accuracy.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accurate billing for products and services.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and reconcile daily cash receipts.
• Perform collection activities on past-due accounts, communicating professionally with customers.
• Manage vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals for AP/AR.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data in the accounting system.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2-4 years of combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for effective vendor and customer interaction.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with high-volume purchase order (PO) processing and 3-way matching
