Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, maintain accurate payroll records, and ensure timely tax filings.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with month-end financial closing procedures.
- Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the production and operations teams, assisting with data entry and scheduling.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Full-cycle bookkeeping expertise, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management processes in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, including vendor relations and administrative support.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a bookkeeping or office management role, preferably in manufacturing.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Epicor).
- Exposure to inventory and cost accounting principles.
- Proven ability to support HR administrative tasks (e.g., onboarding, benefits).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
