Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on product applications in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing processes and recommend optimal product solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pilot studies, and proof-of-concept evaluations in industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide timely, effective solutions to ensure product performance.
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal staff on product implementation and best practices.
• Assist with the integration of company products into customer manufacturing automation and control systems.
• Gather and relay customer feedback on product performance and application challenges to product development teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, automation, robotics) and relevant engineering principles.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other engineering design, simulation, or programming tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop optimal solutions for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer support.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales support, field applications, or technical consulting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., process simulation, robotics simulation).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for data analysis or custom tool development.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machine commissioning or field troubleshooting.
