Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of new products from design to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturability (DFM).
• Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes and workflows for new products.
• Design, procure, and qualify manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct pilot runs, analyze data, and implement process improvements to achieve production readiness.
• Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and control plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during new product introduction and ramp-up phases.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• 3-5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or Manufacturing Engineering within a production environment.
• Proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Demonstrated experience with process development, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and production ramp-up.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAD software and PLM systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, automation, additive manufacturing).
• Proficiency in a leading PLM system (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Windchill).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
