Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies, and report any issues immediately.
• Properly store received inventory in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments of finished goods according to customer orders and shipping manifests.
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating system data for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and bills of lading for all outbound shipments.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting
