Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Manage and develop a team of shop floor personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Control operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing shop floor operations and management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.
