Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
• Develop and manage warehouse budgets, controlling costs and identifying areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and warehouse security best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced administration.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Experience with hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance.
• - Strong data analysis and reporting skills to identify trends and optimize operations.
