Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily output targets.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
