Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Analyze equipment performance data, including downtime and maintenance costs, to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing asset uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure reliability and maintainability are incorporated into new equipment specifications and installations.
  • Develop and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability) to track performance and drive decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reliability methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and RCM.
  • Experience implementing and utilizing predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for reliability data.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Level II or III certification in a condition monitoring technique (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound).
  • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems like SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM beyond basic user functions.
