Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity.
- Implement and manage warehouse technology, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets effectively.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising warehouse staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices for warehouse safety.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- - Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- - Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma.
- - Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- - Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
