Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize stock and prevent shortages.
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, including carrier selection, route optimization, and freight cost negotiation.
• Direct warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the manufacturing supply chain for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international logistics regulations and customs requirements.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and strong data analysis skills.
• Expertise in inventory management, transportation optimization, and warehouse operations, including lean principles.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with international logistics, customs regulations, and global trade compliance
• PMP or other recognized project management certification
