Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customs.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize stock and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping, customs, and safety regulations.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance data.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and inventory control best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance
