Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
