Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, implement, and validate new processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control principles, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven ability to identify root causes of process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with automation concepts and industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
• Experience with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
