Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and test new robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial robots and automated machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Modify and optimize robot programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components, including servo motors, sensors, and end-effectors.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.
• Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for diagnostic and repair purposes.
• Demonstrated experience in performing preventative maintenance and complex repairs on automated manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Proficiency with specific PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley Logix, Siemens TIA Portal)
• Familiarity with robotic simulation software (e.g., Fanuc ROBOGUIDE, KUKA.Sim)
• Basic networking and industrial IT troubleshooting skills
• Experience with advanced robot applications such as force sensing or collaborative robots
